Why would you need On The Day Coordination?

Wouldn't you rather have a relaxing stroll around your venue in the morning, instead of having to supervise the set up of the tables, because you keep hearing "that's not the way we usually do it"?!

Wouldn't you rather every call you receive in the weeks before your wedding is from excited friends and relatives wishing you good luck, instead of florists, cake-makers and musicians asking to be faxed directions for the umpteenth time?!

Even the best-laid plans need to be managed - so why not relax and enjoy the day, by having a professional and experienced wedding coordinator check every detail and make sure everything goes to plan?

How does it work?

magicdust meet with the couple two to four weeks before the day to discuss all the details. We take time to understand exactly what the couple want their day to be like in terms of timings and all the details that will personalise their wedding day.

We then make contact with all the suppliers involved, from venue to florist, making sure they all know what to do & when, and dealing with all their last minute questions. This ensures that magicdust's wedding coordinator is then perfectly placed to be the main point of contact for everyone involved in the wedding day.

This leaves the happy couple and their guests free to concentrate solely on enjoying every single moment, with the confidence that comes from knowing that an experienced and professional wedding coordinator, who knows exactly what they want, is in control of proceedings.

How much does it cost?

Every wedding is unique and so every wedding will need different things from a wedding coordinator. At magicdust we simply charge for our time, rather than a percentage of your budget, so please get in touch and we can work out together what you'd need from us, before basing our quote on that.

To give you a guide, taking into account the time for dealing with suppliers in the weeks before and being there on the day itself, costs can start from around £350.
