How does it work?

magicdust meet with the couple two to four weeks before the day to discuss all the details. We take time to understand exactly what the couple want their day to be like in terms of timings and all the details that will personalise their wedding day.

We then make contact with all the suppliers involved, from venue to florist, making sure they all know what to do & when, and dealing with all their last minute questions. This ensures that magicdust's wedding coordinators are then perfectly placed to be the main point of contact for everyone involved in the wedding day.

This leaves the happy couple and their guests free to concentrate solely on enjoying every single moment, with the confidence that comes from knowing that experienced and professional wedding coordinators, who know exactly what they want, are in control of proceedings.

How much do wedding coordinators cost?

Every wedding is unique and so every wedding will need different things from a wedding coordinator. At magicdust we simply charge for our time, rather than a percentage of your budget, so please get in touch and we can work out together what you'd need from us, before basing our quote on that.

To give you a guide, taking into account the time for dealing with suppliers in the weeks before and being there on the day itself, costs can start from around £550.
